Who is WestForest Designs? We are a producer and distributor of imprinted products and apparel. 4. Will you send me a sample? Yes! We are happy to provide samples of our products. We will request your credit card information when shipping a sample, but your card will not be charged for sample costs if you place an order with us. We cannot provide imprinted samples. However, we will send you an electronic proof of the artwork for your approval. We can also provide a stitch-out for embroidered logos if requested. 5. How quickly can I get my order? Our normal turn-around time is 7 to 10 business days from the time we have approved artwork. Rush service is available on most items. Additional charges may apply with rush orders. 6. How do I send you my logo and what kind of artwork format are you looking for? Our imprint processes require an electronic artwork file in "vectorized" format. We will be happy to look at your artwork file and let you know if any additional work is required before printing. JPEG and GIF files often require some work to insure a clear, vibrant image. There may be an artwork fee if more than 30 minutes of work is required. Artwork can be emailed to us through our website: info@westforestdesigns.com * Normal delivery time is 10 business days from final artwork approval. * Rush deliveries are usually available (rush charges apply). * Artwork development/creation is charged at $60 per hour. * Artwork "clean-up" (vectorizing) is charged at $35 per hour. * Screen-Printing minimum order quantity: 50 shirts. * Embroidery minimum order quantity: 24 shirts. * Payment for artwork development/creation is required before kickoff. * Changes to artwork will be billed as costs are incurred. * Pre-payment via credit card is required on most orders. * $50 first order discount applies to orders of $500 or more. |
